Target Audience

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain the data and rationale supporting the effect of the learning environment on the education of all healthcare professionals
  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of specific teaching interventions and adjust current teaching practice to maximize teaching effectiveness in different learning environments
  3. Design teaching activities, utilizing the learning environment that result in learners’ improved clinical performance
