Care Advancement Network (formerly CareZooming) RoundTable Series

January 22, 2021 to December 31, 2021

The Care Advancement Network (formerly CareZooming) is a web-based knowledge forum for lowering the barriers to implementing innovations in care delivery.

Through our summaries of the latest innovations in healthcare and our virtual roundtables connecting people who undertake similar improvement efforts from across the United States, we seek to enhance the delivery of ambulatory care and amplify the voices of on-the-ground innovators.

Register for the full course series to gain access to all of our roundtables as well as our subscription-only written content.

Each virtual roundtable will feature 1-2 clinicians who have implemented novel practices in their healthcare setting. They will describe these experiences to learners, who will then be able to share their relevant experiences with each other.
