Academic Medicine Leadership Training for Asian Physicians

This course is designed and tailored to provide important academic leadership skills for Asian physicians. The goal is to prepare Asian physicians to lead and solve unique healthcare challenges for Asian patients around the world. This intensive course will include talks from MGH faculty in five important areas:  clinical outcomes research and quality improvement science, academic leadership skills, communication skills, team science, and professional career development. In this five-day intensive course in July 2026, participants will have opportunity to interact personally with 10+ MGH faculty and learn from their hands-on experience.
