MOC Completion Criteria

Participant completion for MOC points will only be reported to the boards at the conclusion of the series (June 2019). Participants must attend at least 10 sessions to receive MOC points. Because of board requirements, partial credit can not be awarded to participants. 

Complete the online evaluation within 3 days of the session.
MOC points can only be awarded if you attended the entire hour session. 

Please have your ABP ID available when completing the online evaluations for MOC points. Select only 10 sessions for MOC points.

If you are only claiming CME credit, your ABP ID and Date of Birth are not required.

MOC Recognition Statement
