MGH Professional Development Coaching Program - Faculty Coach Training
Dr. Palamara McGrath developed the evidence-based curriculum in conjunction with the Institute of Coaching. To prepare for coaching training, the MGH Coaching Program team will work with Dr. Palamara McGrath and determine potential training sessions for her to lead based on her availability. These time frames will then be offered for coaches to select the 2-hour window that works best for them. Once coaches select their training dates, the Coaching administrator will send them a confirmation email via Outlook, as well as reminders in advance from the MGH CfPWB Caching Program mailbox.
