Objectives:

-Discuss difficult case of patient with Stage IV DLBCL with leptomeningeal spread treated with methotrexate

- Review symptom management in end of life care 

- Review the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of drips used at end of life

- Consider dose and medication adjustments  for special populations
