Starting in July 2020, the MGH Department of Medicine will be hosting focus groups to discuss the DOM’s anti-racism initiatives with the members of the DOM. These sessions will be facilitated by Drs. Sherri-Ann Burnett-Bowie, Jess Zeidman, and coaches from the Center for Physician Well-being Faculty Coaching Program.
