Session Title: "Your Paper--Increasing the Odds of Its Acceptance at a High Impact Journal"
Finding the funding, mentorship and milieu to do the research that results in writing a manuscript is difficult. Once it is written, you want to enhance the chance that it will be accepted into a journal and a well-regarded one at that. Come to this session to learn how to optimize your chances of acceptance into a high impact journal.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Craft a workable outline for his or her a report of clinical or basic research.
- Determine his/her next steps in writing a manuscript to submit to a high impact journal.
- Complete the necessary steps to complete the submission process.
This activity is intended for faculty and faculty trainees.
