This PD retreat is an opportunity for program directors to join & learn, network & establish community.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for physicians within Mass General Brigham.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Review the changes in ACGME requirements to maximally run their program and optimize their accreditation status.
- Demonstrate their understanding of approaches to Well-Being programs.
- Recognize the concept of competency-based education and consider innovations in education within their programs.
