The Neuroscience of Leadership: Your Brain at Work
Advances in technology and statistics in the world of neuroscience are helping us understand what’s happening in our minds while at work. The SCARF Model was developed in 2008 by David Rock from the Neuroleadership Institute in New York in his paper "SCARF: A Brain-Based Model for Collaborating With and Influencing Others.". It’s a tool for leaders to provide a deeper understanding of human behavior in the workplace and how we can use that understanding to collaborate better and, as leaders, improve our interactions with our teams.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for physicians within the Mass General Brigham system.
