Implementation Learning Community 2024-2025: October 14, 2025

October 14, 2025

The Implementation Learning Community that will take place on October 14, 2025 from 2pm-4pm will focus on opportunities and challenges of breast cancer screening, early detection, and follow up in community health centers. Lydia Pace, MD, MPH, Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, and Primary Care Physician and Researcher in Internal Medicine, Women's Health at Brigham and Women's Hospital, is the keynote speaker. She will discuss the state of breast cancer screening and follow up in community health centers, best practices in the field, and areas for opportunity.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for community health center staff and providers.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify three strategies to improve implementation of cancer screening at their community health center.
  2. Discuss and compare potential strategies to promote health equity at their community health center.
  3. Develop meaningful connections with community health center staff by engaging in interprofessional collaboration.
