  2. Compare the positives and negatives of white bagging and how they relate to patient outcomes, financial costs, and pharmacy practice
  3. Identify the best practices and procedures for white bagging
  4. Summarize the institutional compounding licensure application and evaluation process
  5. Define importance of technician compliance to existing institutional policies for safeguarding institutional licensure
