MEMO MGH Nursing Research Day Poster Award Winner Presentations
A “MEMO” is a 10-minute educational module that delivers clear, concise, relevant information to the learner using a computer, tablet, or mobile-phone for easy access.
Innovative, nurse-led quality improvement initiatives, evidence evaluation, and research strategies are needed to generate new knowledge for the nursing discipline at large, and importantly, for the delivery of safe and effective patient care. The competing demands of working in inpatient, outpatient, education and administration settings often inhibits nurses’ ability to actively engage in opportunities to read and learn about nurse-led evidence based practice, original research, and quality improvement projects conducted by peers within a academic medical center.
