This lecture series provides cutting edge updates on topics of clinical importance to local specialists in the fields of Allergy and Immunology as well as specialists in the field of Pulmonary Medicine, ENT and Dermatology from the local teaching hospitals in Boston as well as the surrounding communities. The audience also includes fellows in training in allergy and immunology, Pulmonary Medicine and ENT. By selecting speakers of national renown and addressing a spectrum of topics, this series is a major educational event in the monthly academic calendar in Boston.

- Understand the root cause of racial disparities.
- Describe the ways in which disparities manifest in allergic and immunologic conditions.
- Review the empirical evidence for the role of structural racism and interpersonal racism in health outcomes.
Target Audience:
This activity is intended for all academic and community based Allergist, Pulmonologist, ENT specialists and Dermatologist, fellows in training as well as registered nurses who work in the specialized fields of Medicine. It is targeted to the greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts area.
