Great overview of GDMT. In terms of ICI myocarditis with HFrEF, there is a clinical trial ongoing enrolling patients to Abatacept or Placebo when troponin does not rapidly decline on steroids run by Dr. Neilan and Dr. Zlotoff who are our two cardio-oncology experts.

This was a great topic. I wish there was more time to review all the information. I would love a copy of the slides to review on my own.

As an inpatient surgery PA, I see a lot of rashes and this lecture provided a good overview of the most common and their treatment options. Many patients have contact dermatitis from hospital linens, materials/medicines used in OR, or topical wound care dressings. Also many patients are on some of these maintenance medications for chronic conditions while inpatient so a review was nice to understand need for these home meds to be continued while admitted.
