2020 Physician Well-being Symposium
Description
The Symposium will feature presentations and panels to discuss Physician Well-being at Partners, efforts to enhance EHR usability, local well-being interventions taking place across the system and efforts to be spread across Partners.
The day will also include presentations and panels to discuss:
- Physician Well-being at Partners
- Efforts to Enhance EHR Usability
- Local Well-being Interventions
- Efforts to Spread
Target Audience
The intended audience for this symposium is physicians working on physician well-being initiatives, nursing leadership is also invited to attend.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Discuss challenges contributing to physician burnout
- Share best practice initiatives piloted at the local level to reduce physician burnout
- Identify strategies or tactics to address physician wellness that could be adopted/adapted
