The Symposium will feature presentations and panels to discuss Physician Well-being at Partners, efforts to enhance EHR usability, local well-being interventions taking place across the system and efforts to be spread across Partners.  

The day will also include presentations and panels to discuss:
  1. Physician Well-being at Partners
  2. Efforts to Enhance EHR Usability
  3. Local Well-being Interventions
  4. Efforts to Spread

Target Audience

The intended audience for this symposium is physicians working on physician well-being initiatives, nursing leadership is also invited to attend.

 

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss challenges contributing to physician burnout
  2. Share best practice initiatives piloted at the local level to reduce physician burnout
  3. Identify strategies or tactics to address physician wellness that could be adopted/adapted
