Alternative Ways to Care for Patients on Chronic Opioids - Archived
Dr. Evan Gale, MGH Physician, reviewed best practices for prescribing Buprenorphine as an alternative for patients on chronic opioids. This training discussed target patient populations who would benefit from tapering off chronic opioids and onto Buprenorphine. This training focused on micro dosing Buprenorphine as a technique to help patients transition from continuing their chronic opioid use.
