August 4, 2022: Behavioral Health Integration Roundtable
The Care Advancement Network and Healthcare: The Journal have partnered to coordinate discussions around primary care and improving healthcare delivery. To do so, we are hosting a series of roundtable discussions to feature best practices and expertise from healthcare professionals across the country. This Roundtable will discuss the delivery of effective integrated behavioral health in the context of value-based care in the primary healthcare setting.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for practicing clinicians & clinical leaders.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Develop strategies for delivering effective integrated behavioral health in the context of value-based care in the primary healthcare setting.
- Develop peer networks that allow them to coordinate discussions around primary care and improve healthcare delivery.
- Critically appraise novel approaches to improving behavioral health care delivery in primary care.
- Analyze how improvement and innovations lessons learned from experts and peers could apply to their own healthcare systems.
