The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee includes representatives throughout Mass General Brigham and is comprised of 'Quality & Systems Integration' and 'Education & Operations' sub-groups. The Education & Operations group meets quarterly and all members meet together biannually. Parameters have been established to allow the CPD office staff to approve programs on an ongoing basis in order to expedite processing and staff communicate with CPD Committee members on an as-needed basis to align program development with system wide requirements and strategic priorities.
