1. Click on 'Login to Enroll' button.
2. Unless you have a username & password already for the Department of Health website, complete the first/last name, email & create a password fields at the top of the page.
3. Click the 'Take this Course' button.
4. Click the 'Expand All' button.
5. There are 4 learning modules, and each module has subunits. The entire course takes approximately one hour.
6. Click on 1.1 Trauma-Informed Care (this is the first subunit in the first module).
7. For each video, you must enable the volume by clicking the highlighted icon

8. There will be a knowledge check (short quiz) at the end of each module. It should appear as the last subunit in each module.
9. You need to answer all answers correctly in order to proceed to the next module. If you answer incorrectly, click the 'View Questions' button to see the correct answer & then click 'Restart Knowledge Check' to score 100%.
10. When you 'Click Here to Continue' at the end of the knowledge check, you will be advanced to the next module.
11. You will receive a certificate when you complete all 4 modules.
    1. To save a copy of your certificate, click on the 'Save' button (highlighted below)
