Learning Objectives
After this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify, assess, and respond to clinical presentations of domestic violence, using trauma-informed screening, risk assessment, and interventions.
- Understand how to incorporate trauma-informed practice into clinical engagement with patients who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing interpersonal violence.
- Understand how to consult with and refer to the internal and external resources for survivors of domestic violence and other forms of interpersonal violence and abuse.
