The Human Element in Patient Safety & Quality
This lecture is titled "The Human Element in Patient Safety & Quality". The lecture will define the concept of human factors, allow audience to understand the role of human factors in patient safety and quality, and allow audience to apply human factors concepts to identify safety and quality opportunities and solutions in real-world improvement projects.
Target Audience
This lecture is intended for Mass General Brigham physicians and nurses, interested in understanding the role of human factors in patient safety and quality.

Upon completion of this lecture, participants will be able to:

- Recognize the role of human factors in patient safety and quality.
