Implementation Learning Community 2024-2025: February 10, 2025
The Implementation Learning Community that will take place on February 10, 2025 from 10am-12pm will focus on opportunities and challenges of tobacco cessation and treatment in community health centers. Gina Kruse, MD, MPH, Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, is the keynote speaker. She will discuss the state of tobacco cessation and treatment in Massachusetts at community health centers and share best practices from a recent pilot.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for community health center staff and providers.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify three strategies to improve implementation of cancer screening at their community health center.
- Discuss and compare potential strategies to promote health equity at their community health center.
- Develop meaningful connections with community health center staff by engaging in interprofessional collaboration.
