The GME PD retreat is an opportunity for PDs to join and learn, network and establish community.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for Program Directors and Program Coordinators within Mass General Brigham.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the changes in ACGME requirements in order to maximally run their program and optimize their accreditation status.
- Develop their understanding of approaches to Well-Being programs.
- Express the concept of competency-based education and consider innovations in education within their programs.
