Target Audience

This activity is intended for Program Directors and Program Coordinators within Mass General Brigham.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of the changes in ACGME requirements in order to maximally run their program and optimize their accreditation status.
  2. Develop their understanding of approaches to Well-Being programs.
  3. Express the concept of competency-based education and consider innovations in education within their programs.
