This PD retreat is an opportunity for PDs to join and learn, network, and establish a community.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for Program Directors within Mass General Brigham.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Review the changes in ACGME requirements to run their program and optimize their accreditation status maximally.
- Demonstrate their understanding of approaches to Well-Being programs.
- Recognize the concept of competency-based education and consider innovations in education within their programs.
