MGH Department of Surgery Annual Quality Review 2022
This two-hour virtual conference will address the need for surgeons and staff to understand how quality is being defined, how it is measured, and how they are performing as a Department as well as individual divisions. Quality and safety improvement can't be made unless everyone understands the metrics and what needs to be improved. The Department of Surgery Quality Directors will present information on their divisions from the annual report and will review ongoing quality and safety initiatives.
Reviewing the data and current initiatives will help bring uniformity and best practices and address areas in need of improvement.
