A half-day in-person retreat geared toward Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) mid-career faculty (clinicians, physician-investigators, and investigators) looking to build their leadership skillset.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for mid- and late- career faculty (physicians, physician-investigators, and investigators) across Mass General Brigham.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Illustrate how to develop, manage, and inspire teams.
  • Identify what practical things you can do, in the role of a sponsor, to help people succeed.
  • Apply the most effective ways to communicate with an audience.
