Description
Lecture 3 will include the Quality Improvement methods that utilize PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) cycles to rapidly identify and improve systems.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for healthcare professionals and staff at Mass General Brigham, including providers (faculty, residents, fellows, and advanced practice providers), nurses, and research staff with involvement or interest in improving health care systems.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Define important value-based healthcare and/or sciences terminology.
- Contrast the differences, similarities, and applications of quality improvement and implementation frameworks in healthcare.
- Recognize how each participant’s unique role in their teams can utilize quality improvement methods and techniques.
