Primary Care Leadership Virtual Summit 2022

The Primary Care Leadership Summit will acknowledge what you achieved in 2022 and engage and inspire you and your teams as you create the next iteration of healthcare.
Target Audience
The intended audience for this event is primary care teams (clinicians, non-clinicians, and administrators) from around the Mass General Brigham system. Please forward as appropriate.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Reflect on and acknowledge 2022’s challenges and successes, including high performers.
- Discuss leadership approaches to engage the entire primary care team to improve patient care while maintaining and improving staff morale.
- Recognize racial inequities in care and the tools and approaches that can be implemented to overcome them.

Physician Assistants
Mass General Brigham has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. Social Work
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Mass General Brigham is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program.
