A course for Mass General Brigham leadership that explores race and racial equity at the intrapersonal, interpersonal and institution levels, while helping leaders identify what they can do to make a difference.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Develop a common framework for Mass General Brigham leaders to lead racial equity.
- Increase leadership responsibility in creating an anti-racist environment.
- Develop skills to discuss the multiple levels of racism.
