- All lumps should be closed with absorbable suture if possible
- All bumps should be packed and left open
- All skin lesions should have flaps raised to close with absorbable suture if possible, but may need to use Nylons depending on tension
- Use this time while you are closing the wound to discuss post-operative care

- Give patient a copy of the form at the end of the procedure
