Course Description
The Mass General Brigham Clinical Process Improvement Leadership Program (CPIP) is an inter-professional, team-based educational program for physicians, nurses, other clinicians and administrators. The aim of CPIP is to facilitate the development of skills and competencies needed to deliver high quality care with efficient use of clinical resources. The CPIP quality improvement curriculum is enhanced with simulated scenarios to reinforce key concepts and ensure the mastery of certain competencies. CPIP teams are charged with addressing a clinical problem in their environment; allowing participants to translate theory into action.
