Newton-Wellesley Hospital is hosting Inclusive Leadership for Managers for its employees. Inclusive Leadership for Managers is an introductory diversity, equity and inclusion course for mid-level managers. The interactive course is designed to create space for participants to reflect on the importance of diversity in building teams and developing inclusive management practices in their daily work.
