Session Title: "Definition of Success in Academic Surgery"
The Anne Klibanski Visiting Lecture Series was created to support and advance the careers of women. These lectures bring together faculty from institutions that have hosted Anne Klibanski Scholars with MGH scholars, on topics that overlap both research areas.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Understand the current challenges facing surgeon scientists
- Identify key strategies to be successful as a surgeon scientist
- Recognize the many roles that a surgeon scientist can have in academia
This activity is intended for faculty and faculty trainees.
