Session Title: "Panel on Combatting Procrastination"

When it comes time to sit down and write a manuscript of any kind, do you find many other things to do instead? Attend this presentation on how to combat procrastination. Three senior faculty will share the strategies they use to leap the hurdle of procrastination and get down to writing.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:  

  • Know several strategies to overcome procrastination.
  • Be able to use several techniques to identify thoughts that can lead to procrastination.
  • Identify emotional sources of procrastination.

This activity is intended for faculty and faculty trainees.
