Case 1: Patient is an elderly female with spontaneous sub-archanoid hemorrhage for urgent neuro-interventional embolization. The procedure was under general endotracheal tube anesthesia. Midway through the procedure, the patient developed progressive hypotension and tachycardia, requiring escalating doses phenylephrine. T-wave inversions were noted on monitoring EKG.
