The Q4 Evaluation covers all sessions in the months of January to June 2020. It should take approximately 5-10 minutes.

As a designated evaluator, you will complete this evaluation on behalf of the department. Your efforts help us streamline the attendance and credit process for the attendees, while fulfilling evaluation requirements for the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
