DESCRIPTION

This one hour online presentation will review current literature on the use of VR methods for the treatment of SCI-associated neuropathic pain. The treatment of spinal cord associated neuropathic pain has no definitive option and many patients often show resistance to pharmacologic treatment. Virtual reality therapy may be an alternative non-invasive and non-pharmacologic treatment of neuropathic pain in these patients.
