Course Description
Achieving excellent results on our upcoming Joint Commission hospital-wide survey is an institutional quality and safety priority.
We anticipate the Joint Commission to visit Mass General to conduct the triennial survey between September 25th and December 31st, 2023. During this visit, surveyors will review patient care practices through unannounced visits to several areas throughout the hospital, including inpatient units, ambulatory practices, and procedural areas. This is an opportunity to showcase our excellence in quality and safety.
Please join us to learn how quality leaders can prepare for the upcoming survey
