The department will host a Zoom training with a guest speaker to discuss structural racism and inequities on March 14^th. This discussion aims to help physicians understand and recognize their own unconscious bias. Physicians can use the tools from the guest speaker to better mitigate microaggression and increase cultural awareness. For more details on the Zoom training invitation, please contact Sophia Desir.
