Implementation Learning Community 2024-2025
The Implementation Learning Community meetings are quarterly virtual sessions hosted by the Kraft Center for Community Health at MGH & Harvard Catalyst. The meetings are designed for federally qualified health center staff members at all levels and focus on a different topic each meeting. Topics range from patient navigation & community health work to cancer prevention & health equity.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for community health center staff and providers.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify three strategies to improve implementation of cancer screening at their community health center.
- Discuss and compare potential strategies to promote health equity at their community health center.
- Develop meaningful connections with community health center staff by engaging in interprofessional collaboration.
