MGH Chiefs-Directed Drill 2022 - High Performance in Surgical Teams: Tools, Coaching and Team Training

This activity involves a viewing a recording of an in-depth surgical safety presentation and an open-format post-activity that directs the participant toward active critical thinking and implementation planning.  This course is based on the presentation “High Performance in Surgical Teams: Tools, Coaching and Team Training” by Marie E. Brindle, MD, MPH.

This activity is intended for surgeons.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of the program, participants will be able to…
