The Massachusetts General Hospital's Department of Medicine presents a series of academic lectures on the impact of and response to the COVID-19 pandemic.


Bruce Walker, MD, director of the Ragon Institute and other members from Mass General and the Greater Boston medical community, came together in a Medical Grand Rounds lecture on research efforts to quickly and effectively respond to COVID-19.

The session was moderated by Katrina Armstong, MD, physician-in-chief in the Department of Medicine at Mass General, and speakers included Bruce D. Walker, MD, of the Ragon Institute at Mass General; Marc Lipsitch, DPhil, of the T.H. Chan School of Public Health; Pardis Sabeti, MD, DPhil, of Harvard University and the Broad Institute; Galit Alter, PhD, of the Ragon Institute at Mass General; Mark Namchuk, PhD, of Harvard Medical School; Dan Barouch, MD, PhD, of the Ragon Institute and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center; Lindsey Baden, MD, from Brigham and Women’s; and Mark Schwartz, a member of the  Mass General Board of Trustees.
