I wanted to share a tip I use for sharing the unique text code at every session...

As part of a group who uses the BWH Audio/Visual crew at our sessions, I send them the CPD-prepared slide that includes that day's text code for them to project up on the meeting space (ours being at the Shapiro Breakout Room). This helps me a lot, since our conference is very early in the morning (7:30am) and I can't always make it. 

I send our A/V forms along with that slide once I have our session approved.
