Description:
Join us for an engaging presentation and discussion facilitated by Eugene Beresin, MD, Executive Director of the Clay Center for Young Healthy Minds about fostering resilience and managing stress, depression, and suicide in youth. Dr. Beresin will provide practical guidance on awareness and education about stress, anxiety, depression, and suicide, including what symptoms to look for in kids of different ages and what to do and how to manage your own anxiety. The discussion will also explain the critical role of resilience, how to foster resilience, and how to support children, especially in the current climate combining the stress of the COVID-19 pandemic with other stress factors impacting our children
