This bystander education course will provide employees with an understanding of how interpersonal racism continues to support and maintain systemic racism. Through scenario-based learning, participants will develop skills for recognizing racial bias and confronting discrimination. An overview of related Human Resources policies and practices will be given to support employees in actively dismantling racism within Mass General Brigham.

Well put together content
Well put together content that was useful in considering implicit biases and how to address discrimination, micro aggresions, etc.. It also did a good job covering what may be uncofortable for some to think about, but it is important to address these issues to improve.

I really appreciated the 4th video, where Marie leads by example to show her colleagues that it is important they (as leaders) take responsibility and be united against racism as this will impact those all around them in the rest of the hospital.
