The content was exceptionally
The content was exceptionally well-written and very well put together. I feel it was a great depiction of racism throughout all levels of employment in the system. It had very good examples of different microaggressions one may experience, some of which may go unnoticed. It will definitely make for more self-awareness.

This course is a vital initiative in the fight against racism. Its not only educates employees about the problem but also empowers to take action. Scenario-based learning is particularly effective because it allows participants to engage with real life situations, making the concepts more relatable and actionable. Ultimately framing the fight against racism as everyone's responsibility is essential It fosters a sense of collective duty, encouraging individuals speak up and support one another. This initiatives could serve as a strong foundation for creating a more inclusive and equitable environment.

the more you know
Id like to think of myself as an ally, but this video was helpful to me to see things that might belittle a coworker or make them feel like i am disregarding their feelings.
