Personally, I enjoyed taking the course. It helped me be a little more aware of my own potential prejudices and how to work on stamping those parts of me out.

The interactive scenarios allowed you to see different perspectives on how you could approach the topic of conversation. This allows for people to take away strategies on how to handle these situations if they are in them.

I thought the training was educational and really crafted in a way to see how people might respond based on saying different responses.

The video was well put together. All examples were excellent. It really captivated the audience's view about racism at the workplace.

although I feel some of the responses by white workers were overly optimistic (I'm unsure whether a racist individual constantly presenting microaggressions would stop as easily as the video/course portrayed), I appreciate the effort put into the course and details on how to respond/evade certain situations. I'd recommend putting together a more realistic "how to respond to a racist white boss" portion through speaking to other colleagues/reporting or at least not having the employee facing racist remarks and/or behavior needing to respond to the status quo so blindly, even at first, and also having a more realistic portrayal of the "work" white employees presenting racist behaviors need to do, so that they can adequately shift their behaviors and frankly act right..

The scenario based instruction was helpful and allowed me to better understand the concepts presented during the training. I was able to take one of those scenarios and connect it to my own personal life. It allowed me to think more about how I could have better handled a particular situation and better communicated my feelings towards the behavior.
