Alternate responses
I found it helpful to see the alternate responses of what you would like to say vs what you actually say.

Helpful activity
I appreciate the time and effort spent on putting these presentations together. These types of interactive education scenarios are very helpful to spread awareness, promote self reflection, recognize racial bias and confronting/managing discrimination. Hopefully it does help minimize situations in the workplace.

It Hit Home!
The part about your ideas being presented by others and only then heard by the leaders .... hit home! Happy that this was a required module for the entire MGB community.
