This bystander education course will provide employees with an understanding of how interpersonal racism continues to support and maintain systemic racism. Through scenario-based learning, participants will develop skills for recognizing racial bias and confronting discrimination. An overview of related Human Resources policies and practices will be given to support employees in actively dismantling racism within Mass General Brigham.

I appreciate the time and effort spent on putting these presentations together. These types of interactive education scenarios are very helpful to spread awareness, promote self reflection, recognize racial bias and confronting/managing discrimination. Hopefully it does help minimize situations in the workplace.

Like others, I really appreciate the high quality and realism of the training video. I don't know what I might actually do in any of those scenarios. I especially appreciate all the places where difficult but constructive speaking up was modeled. It would be great to have something like an anti-white-supremacy support group at MGB.
